Martin will be talking about ‘My Life of Crime’ at 2 p.m.at Cuddington and Sandiway Village Hall, Norley Road, Cuddington

22 April – A Carnival of Words, Wrexham

Martin and other members of Murder Squad will be in conversation at 7p.m. at Wrexham Library (details to be confirmed)

1-3 May – Malice Domestic 2015, Washington DC

Martin will be attending Malice, to coincide with US publication of The Golden Age of Murder. He will interview Guest of Honour Ann Cleeves, and take part in a discussion with Katherine Hall Page about Patricia Moyes.

8 May – Liverpool Athenaeum

Martin will give a talk, “The Golden Age of Murder”, to the Club’s Literary Society at 1.30 p.m.

14-17 May – Crimefest 2015, Bristol

Martin will moderate the Forgotten Authors panel, and there will also be a panel to celebrate UK publication of The Golden Age of Murder

12-14 June – Carlisle Crime Writing Week-end

Martin will be participating in the week-end’s events, details to be confirmed

15 June – Northwich Literature Festival

Martin will be talking about The Golden Age of Murder at 7.30 p.m. in Davenham Theatre, Northwich

20 June – Bodies from the Library Golden Age conference,the British Library, Euston Road, London 

Martin will take part in a discussion with Jake Kerridge of The Daily Telegraph about the Golden Age and a discussion with Simon Brett about the Detection Club

2 July – James Ellroy: Visions of Noir, Liverpool University

Martin is a keynote speaker at this conference,and subjects to be discussed will include The Golden Age of Murder

19 July – Theakston’s International Crime Writing Festival, Harrogate

Martin will take part in a panel celebrating Patricia Highsmith, with Peter James, Andrew Taylor and others

4 September, Gladfest, Gladstone’s Library, Hawarden

Martin will be hosting a 1920s Murder Mystery event at 8 pm

12 September, Launch of Starlings and other stories by Murder Squad and Accomplices

Martin will be attending the launch of the book, to which he has contributed a new story, at Waterstones, Wrexham

15 September – International Agatha Christie Festival, Torquay 

Martin will appear in two sessions, talking first about Agatha and The Golden Age of Murder, and then discussing Crime Classics with Rob Davies of the British Library

6 October – Knutsford Literature Festival: Literary Lunch at Mere Golf and Country Club
